Yun Zhang is Cofounder and CEO of Wyze Labs. He cofounded Wyze in Seattle in 2017 and has been CEO since then. Wyze is a technology company on a mission to deliver a “Never Wonder” user experience. Wyze’s obsession is to uncover and deliver the answers to the things our customers care about, so our customers never have to wonder. Wyze’s vision is to bring AI monitoring solutions to the whole physical world.

He has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and ingenuity in developing high-quality and innovative monitoring solutions that rival expensive brands. These solutions address a need for mass market adoption of affordable technologies. He leads Wyze to grow 10x in past 8 years. Today Wyze is a leading consumer home monitoring solution. His leadership at Wyze extends beyond the company, as he remains actively involved with the broader community and many departments in the University of Washington’s College of Engineering (COE). He serves on the Department of Industrial Engineering’s External Advisory Board. He is a guest speaker for Engineering courses. He has sponsored several capstone projects in COE. In 2024, he launched a high school internship program, fully funded by Wyze Labs in partnership with Youth Growth Network(nonprofit), providing high school students with hands-on experience in technology and business. This reflects his ongoing commitment to education and community growth.
